Book Club for January....

In case you are interested in the book club for January, you can contact Sister Roden for the book.  We are reading a Classic, Mark Twain's, Tom Sawyer.  Even if you aren't able to make it to the club meeting the First Tuesday of each month, feel free to enjoy reading the book along with us.  Last month's book, 'Joey Pigza Swallowed the Key' was one that surprised all who read it.  Really, I think none of us knew what to expect going in, but what a powerful insight it gave us into the lives of others, along with plenty of laughs in quick and easy to read book.  You never know what you might be missing until you read a good book.  Most of the books so far have been Newberry Award winners in children's literature, but some,  liek Anne Frank, the Diary of a Young Girl have been as much for adults to learn from as any children.  So, if you are looking for a book to read.....
